My connection to movement started when I was a young girl, through my gymnastics. But it was only when I was 24 that I discovered the world of yoga. During my B.A studies my body was craving for movement and it led me to the search for a new type of movement, and a new type of connection to my body. And then I found yoga.
Yoga practice has become an integral part of my life. It envolved a deeper practice os self exploration that showed me new perspectives on life.
As I get deeper into the world of yoga, I find more beautiful and fascinating approaches to movement, breath and meditation.
It is an honor for me to share my knowledge with those around me and with those who practice with me. Even as a teacher I have the privilige to learn from every practice I give.
